2. I'm installing the "MahJong Suite Graphics Pack" application and receive the message that there is no activated version available.

You will see that message if you try to install MahJong Suite Graphics Pack in a folder which doesn't contain a an activated copy of MahJong Suite.

Please verify the following:

1. The installation folder should be the same as MahJong Suite. The default MahJong Suite folder is: C:\Program Files\MahJong Suite
   
   If you have installed MahJong Suite in this folder, make sure to install MahJong Suite Graphics Pack in this folder as well.
   
   If you did not install MahJong Suite in the default folder (for example: you have installed MahJong Suite in the "C:\Games\MahJong Suite" folder), you should click on the "Browse..." button and select the folder.
   
   Important  "\MahJong Suite" is added to your folder name, so you should choose "C:\Games" and not "C:\Games\MahJong Suite" when you select the folder name.

2. Verify that there is a an activated copy of MahJong Suite in the installation folder. See MahJong Suite's "Help" menu, "About" dialog box.

3. Verify that the installed version of MahJong Suite is the latest one. See MahJong Suite's "Help" menu, "About" dialog box.

You must install Volume 1 first, then Volume 2, separately.

No, you have to install only the latest version. For example, to install an upgrade of Volume 2, only install Volume 2. You don't have to reinstall Volume 1.
