Customizing Backgrounds

You can choose a background image for MahJong Suite 2008 from a variety of different backgrounds. The background you choose is used for all the games. You can change the background at any time during a game.

1. From the Tools menu, click Customize or press Ctrl+U.

2. Click on the Backgrounds tab.

3. Click on the background of your choice.

4. Click OK.

To randomize backgrounds

Select the Random backgrounds check box on the Backgrounds tab of the Customize dialog box to allow MahJong Suite 2008 to randomly choose a background when beginning a new game.

To add a new background

You can also add any Bitmap (.bmp) or a JPG (.jpg or .jpeg) file as a background image by clicking the Add a background button. The new background will be added to the "Customized" folder in the background list.
